Mr. Tanner, a wildlife reporter, inherits a manor house. When he arrives, he discovers that the house is in a state of disrepair, and that work had already begun. Eager to earn his parents' respect, Paul decides to continue the renovations. However, unable to assert himself, he soon finds himself overwhelmed by the situation.
