This documentary explores contemporary women's cinema through the lens of desire, sensuality and sexuality, giving a voice to fifteen female directors from around the world. It examines the unique gaze of women in cinema and their impact on modern cinema, highlighting their images and reflections. Among the directors interviewed are Agnès Varda, Catherine Breillat, Jane Campion, Deepa Mehta and other leading figures in world cinema.
