Michael, a petty criminal convicted of stealing cars, jumps off a train to escape the police. As he flees, he meets Malika, who helps him hide. Michael doesn't know his father, but he's determined to get money from him for unpaid child support. Malika, at odds with her own family, helps Michael make contact with his father. As a fragile relationship develops between them, Malika discovers that she has the gift of the third eye, which allows her to see visions. And what she sees of Michael's future makes her blood run cold. So she sets out to force fate by preventing what she's seen from happening...
